You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in the shipping process cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Upon approval of your return, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The refund process typically takes 5-10 business days from the date we receive your returned item, depending on your financial institution's processing time. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
If you received a gift that you wish to return, we will issue a store credit for the value of the returned item. The credit will be emailed to you once the return is processed.
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as some institutions require additional time to process the transaction. If you still have not received your refund after this period, please contact us with your order details, and we will investigate the matter promptly.
